Outpatient Surgery
Four years full time as an LPN in outpatient surgery. Precision, preparation, and the steady calm a surgical setting demands.
2014 – 2021
Critical Access Hospital
As an RN: medical-surgical, labor and delivery, and the emergency department, with outpatient, cardiac, and orthopedic follow-up care. In a critical access hospital, one nurse must be ready for anything.
Leadership
Charge Nurse
Promoted within eighteen months to oversee nurses and patient care across med-surg, labor and delivery, and emergency, later devoted exclusively to charge and emergency services.
2021 Onward
Virtual & Travel Emergency Nursing
Virtual nursing contracts, then three years as a full-time emergency medicine travel nurse across multiple states and hospital systems. Every system taught something. I kept the best of each.

Before I ever guided anyone else,
I walked this road myself.
I know what it is to live with chronic health conditions, because I have lived with them. Rather than accept them as permanent, I took the time and the care to rebuild my health from the ground up through nutrition and intentional lifestyle change. It changed my life. For thirteen years since, my calling has been to offer that same transformation to others. That is why I am completing my master's in Functional Medicine and Human Nutrition, so the care I give you is rooted in clinical training and in a journey I have lived myself.
