Private Duty Nursing at home in Northwest Metro Atlanta
The Luxe Nurse ATL provides private-duty nursing at home in northwest metro Atlanta, including Dallas, Hiram, Marietta, Kennesaw, Smyrna and Douglasville. Asia Gustafson, RN handles wound care, surgical follow-up, injections and provider-ordered IV infusions, with visits starting at $125. Visits beyond 20 miles, after hours or on weekends carry an added fee.
Private Duty Nurse Visit
A 60-minute visit for any skilled nursing service needs. Surgical follow up, wound care management, medication management as well as administration (including IV or PICC medications prescribed by your provider), medication or chronic disease education as well as medication administration training for yourself or your family member.
Starting at $175 per hour visit
Extended Private Duty Nurse Visit
A 2 hour individually tailored, in-person visit for your personal care needs.

Medication Visits
Short follow up visits for a quick, in-person assessment, evaluation or assistance with a brief task. Up to 30 minutes are allowed for follow up visits in person.

Follow-up In-person Visit
A visit designed specifically for medication administration. Whether you need help with an injection, an antibiotic infused, or you need reassurance knowing that your loved one is getting the right medications, on time, every time. This visit includes monitoring for adverse events and vital signs assessment when indicated. Up to 30 minutes allowed for visit. The 30 minute visit is ideal for injectable, oral, or topical medication administration. A double appointment may be required for medications requiring longer administration times such as IV infusions (these can be booked online through the portal).

**In person visits are subject to additional fees if outside the 20 mile service area. Please discuss your location with the concierge team if you live outside the NW Metro Atlanta area.
