The Initial Health Assessment is a 60-minute comprehensive session designed to understand your health and wellness needs. This service allows me to gather important background information, discuss your goals, and develop a personalized plan tailored to your needs. Whether you’re seeking support for specific health concerns or looking to optimize your overall well-being, this appointment sets the foundation for your journey.

A 30-minute virtual care visit used to evaluate goals, outcomes and barriers to your individualized plan as well as to discuss care plans.

A 60-minute evaluation covering nutritional status, lifestyle factors and wellness goals. This visit is curated for individuals looking to improve their health and wellness through diet and lifestyle modifications.

Curated Nutrition Optimization Plan
A tailored nutrition plan delivered with step-by-step implementation guidance. Requires an initial short virtual visit to establish nutrition needs and goals.
