The Fine Print

The Luxe Nurse ATL provides registered nursing services within the scope of practice defined by the Georgia Board of Nursing and the boards of the states in which services are delivered. Our services do not include medical diagnosis, the prescribing of medication, or the replacement of your physician's judgment. We work alongside your existing care team, never in place of it.

Certain clinical services, including IV infusion therapy and medication administration, are provided only under a valid order from a licensed prescribing provider. Where required, we will coordinate with your physician or a collaborating provider before care begins

Virtual services are available to clients physically located in Georgia, Minnesota, or a Nurse Licensure Compact state at the time of each visit. Virtual consultations cannot include a physical examination and may not be appropriate for every concern. Should your needs exceed what can be safely addressed virtually, we will guide you toward in-person care.

The Luxe Nurse ATL is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency department immediately. Messages, texts, and portal communications are not monitored for urgent needs.

Nutrition and lifestyle guidance is educational in nature and intended to support general wellness. It does not constitute medical nutrition therapy and is not a substitute for care from a licensed dietitian or physician for the management of a medical condition.

Supportive conversations are offered as nursing-based emotional support and health guidance. They are not psychotherapy or counseling, and they do not replace care from a licensed mental health professional.

Every body is singular. While we bring considered expertise to every engagement, individual results vary, and no specific health outcome is promised or implied.

The Luxe Nurse ATL is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance or Medicare. Clients may request a superbill; reimbursement is at the sole discretion of their carrier. The Luxe Nurse ATL may take FSA/HSA payments as authorized by individual providers but the client is responsible for ensuring their plan covers services provided by The Luxe Nurse ATL.

Please do not submit personal health information through this website's contact form. Clinical communication takes place exclusively through our secure client portal.

The Luxe Nurse ATL may communicate with clients by text message, phone call, or email for scheduling, follow-up, and general support. These channels are not monitored continuously and are not appropriate for urgent or emergency concerns — do not use text, phone, or email to report a medical emergency. Standard text and data rates may apply. While reasonable precautions are taken to protect client information, no method of electronic transmission is completely secure, and clients should avoid sending highly sensitive information through unsecured channels when possible.

Information shared during consultations is confidential and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws; however, virtual communication carries inherent limitations, and clients should be aware of the general risks of transmitting health information electronically.
